Returns & Refunds: We offer a 14-days return policy starting from the date your tracking number shows "delivered." Orders outside this period cannot be returned. See the specific section here.
Non-Returnable Items: Rings that have been resized by the customer and not by Diamè, modified, altered, or customised in any way cannot be returned. See the specific section here.
Engraved Rings: You may return an engraved ring, but a $25 engraving removal fee will be deducted from your refund, along with a $45 return shipping fee. See the specific section here.
Comparative Purchases: We do not allow bulk orders for comparison purposes. If we detect multiple purchases intended for selecting one item and returning the rest, we may restrict future orders and deduct a 10% fee from the refund of each additional item. Please only order items you genuinely intend to keep. See the specific section here.
Exchanges: You may exchange an item up to two times per purchase, unless the issue is strictly related to sizing. See the specific section here.
Shipping & Delivery: We are not responsible for misdelivered packages. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide an accurate address, phone number, and email. If tracking confirms delivery to the correct address, we cannot be held liable for lost or missing packages. See the specific section here.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping & Order Processing
All orders require 7-10 business days for processing, as our products are made to order.
Once processed, your order will be handed over to the courier, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.
A tracking number will be emailed to you approximately 7-10 business days after purchase, when your order is already in transit.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, or APO addresses. If you have special shipping requests, please contact us at info@diamejewels.com before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 2 business days of placing it. Cancellations after this timeframe may not be possible.
If we receive a cancellation request after 2 business days, the order may have already been processed and shipped. In this case, we will deduct both the shipping and return fees from your refund, with a maximum total deduction of $100.
Insurance & Lost Packages
To ensure secure delivery, all orders are insured during shipment. If an issue arises, we will file a claim with the insurance company on your behalf.
Misdelivered or stolen packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking information confirms delivery to the correct address. Please provide an accurate shipping address, phone number, and email to avoid any issues.
Returns & Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on purchases, but if you choose to return an item (excluding cases of resizing), we will deduct the return shipping fee from your refund.
The return shipping fee is $45.
Damaged Items Upon Delivery
If your package arrives with visible damage, please reject the delivery and contact us immediately at info@diamejewels.com.
Import Duties & Taxes
As we ship from overseas and make each item to order, import duties, taxes, and fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
The courier will contact you for payment of any duties upon delivery. Please review our estimated duty table for more information on potential fees.
