WARRANTY POLICY
At Diamè, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry. To ensure your complete confidence in your purchase, we offer a comprehensive Two-Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects on all authentic Diamè pieces.
What Our Warranty Covers
Our warranty exclusively applies to items featuring the Diamè logo, a mark of authenticity and quality. This coverage includes repair or replacement (at Diamè's discretion) of items with verified manufacturing defects.
Please note: Jewelry lacking the official Diamè logo is considered unauthorized and is not eligible for warranty service.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
Our warranty does not include coverage for:
Normal wear and tear (including fading, scratches, and dulling);
Accidental damage or misuse;
Stone loss or damage unrelated to a manufacturing defect;
Discoloration or deterioration due to exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or cleaning agents;
Any modifications, repairs, or resizing completed by a third party.
⚠️ Important: Any work performed by non-Diamè jewelers automatically voids the warranty.
Examples of Manufacturing Defects Covered Under Warranty
Stones that become loose shortly after purchase due to improper setting
A ring band that bends or warps easily under normal wear
A piece made with incorrect materials, such as gold instead of platinum
Service Eligibility
To maintain your warranty coverage, all resizing, repairs, and alterations must be performed exclusively by Diamè. Unauthorized changes or work on your jewelry—no matter how minor—will render the warranty null and void.
Submitting a Warranty Claim
To start a claim, please follow these steps:
Contact our Customer Service team at info@diamejewels.com to receive your Return ID.
Send the item to Diamè, ensuring:
You include proof of purchase and the original purchase date;
The item is insured for shipping, as you are responsible for any loss or damage in transit.
If, after inspection, your item is found not to be covered under warranty, we will return it to you and you will need to pay for the return shipping costs. To assist in our evaluation, we recommend providing as much background information as possible, such as:
Purchase date (found in your original order confirmation).
Any third-party alterations or repairs.
Notable changes in the jewelry’s condition.
Discontinued Designs
If your item is no longer in production, Diamè reserves the right to offer a replacement with a similar style.
If you have any questions or need further clarification, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
